Host crash via unsynchronized I/O-port list traversal

Race condition in Xen allows attackers to crash the hypervisor through concurrent HVM I/O-port mapping updates. The x86 HVM I/O-port lookup path traverses a device-model-managed translation linked list without synchronizing against XEN_DOMCTL_ioport_mapping updates. Only device models controlling HVM guests can trigger the race on x86 hosts; Arm hosts and Xen systems running only PV or PVH guests are unaffected.
