Process crash via oversized PKZIP hex field

Heap-based buffer overflow in hashcat 7.1.2 allows context-dependent attackers to crash it via a crafted PKZIP hash file. In PKZIP modules 17200, 17210, 17220, 17225, and 17230, hex_to_binary decodes an attacker-sized hex field into a fixed-size heap buffer without validating the decoded length. The victim must process the supplied hash file; the public reproducer proves out-of-bounds writes and heap corruption, while code execution remains unverified.
