Process crash via undersized hex expansion check

Stack-based buffer overflow in hashcat 7.1.2 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process via crafted rule input. The mangle_to_hex_lower() and mangle_to_hex_upper() functions accept 128-to-255-byte candidates because the 256-byte bound ignores twofold hexadecimal expansion, then write beyond rule_buf_out. A victim must process an attacker-controlled rule or long password candidate; a reliable crash is demonstrated, while hex-only overwrite bytes and stack canaries constrain code execution.
