Reflected script execution via unescaped files parameter
Published May 15, 2026 · Updated May 15, 2026
Reflected XSS in OpenMage LTS before 20.18.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser via a crafted run URL. The Mage_Dataflow CSV and Excel XML parsers copy the files route parameter into an import filename without HTML escaping, and the Run Profile page reflects it into HTML. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to open the crafted Run Profile URL; injected script can read browser-accessible data or alter the displayed admin page.
