Authenticated remote code execution via container ID injection

OS command injection in Termix before 2.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands on managed servers. The Docker REST endpoints and console WebSocket handlers interpolate an unvalidated containerId into shell strings passed through executeDockerCommand() to ssh2.Client.exec(). An authenticated Termix session and an SSH-connected host with Docker management enabled are required; commands run with the configured SSH account's privileges.
