Plaintext credential storage in LA NACION 10.2.25 for Android allows local users to read a WebSocket API key from the application. The app.lanacion.activity BuildConfig.java file stores API_KEY_WEBSOCKET_CV without protection, exposing the credential to local inspection. Exploitation requires low local privileges and high complexity; credential exposure is established, but downstream service abuse is not established by the CVE record.
