Credential disclosure via packet-embedded encryption key

Insufficient encryption in GeoVision GV-IP Device Utility 9.0.5 allows attackers to recover device credentials from UDP broadcasts. The Device Authentication path encrypts the username and password with a Blowfish-derived scheme but writes the symmetric key into the same packet. Exploitation requires LAN access and an administrator to issue a privileged command; recovered credentials grant full device-configuration control, including IP changes or a factory reset.
