Unauthenticated SSRF via unchecked subscriber callbacks

SSRF in geopython pygeoapi 0.23.0 through 0.23.2 allows remote attackers to reach internal HTTP services through process requests. The OGC API Processes manager posts to attacker-supplied subscriber callback URLs without checking whether their resolved addresses are private or loopback. An exposed process execution endpoint and configured process are required, and the server can issue unauthenticated HTTP POST requests into otherwise unreachable networks.
