Unauthenticated external redirect via unconstrained redirectTo parameter

Open redirect in Akuity Kargo's UI OIDC flow allows remote attackers to send users to external sites through crafted login links. The UI reads redirectTo on /login and /token-renew, then uses protocol-relative or backslash-prefixed values for client-side navigation without restricting the destination to its own origin. Exploitation requires OIDC, a victim who follows the legitimate-host link and completes sign-in, and directly enables phishing redirects without exposing or modifying Kargo data.
