Authenticated SSRF via DNS rebinding TOCTOU

SSRF in FastGPT 4.14.11 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read internal resources through DNS rebinding. The isInternalAddress() function in packages/service/common/system/utils.ts validates one DNS answer, while the later HTTP client resolves the same hostname again and can receive a private address. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and control of DNS responses; successful requests can read cloud metadata or other reachable internal services.
