Service interruption via sandbox worker exhaustion

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Labring FastGPT 4.14.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via crafted sandbox jobs. The code-sandbox worker pool checks memory only every 500ms and accepts concurrent CPU-bound jobs without hard container CPU or RAM limits. Infinite-loop jobs can occupy all five workers and time out legitimate requests, while transient allocations can evade the polling window.
