Authenticated SSRF via discrepant URL parsing

SSRF in MaxKB before 2.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to access internal network services through the OSS URL-fetch endpoint. The validator's urlparse call treats the host after a backslash and at-sign as public, while the requests client sends the same malformed URL to the preceding internal host. A valid MaxKB account is required, and successful requests can reach internal HTTP services but do not by themselves grant host code execution.
