Code execution via Windows pathname reinterpretation

Path traversal in Dulwich 0.10.0 through 1.2.4 allows remote attackers to execute code through malicious repository checkout on Windows. The validate_path_element_ntfs check accepts backslashes, colons, and NTFS .git short-name aliases, letting checkout write into .git or beyond the work tree. Exploitation requires cloning, fetching, or checking out an untrusted repository on Windows; a planted hook runs in the user's context on a later commit, while POSIX checkout is not directly exploitable.
