Authenticated command injection via unquoted DAG configuration

Command injection in Apache Airflow 3.0.0 through 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands on workers. The documented BashOperator pattern inserts dag_run.conf values directly into a Jinja-templated bash_command without shell quoting or sanitization.
