Unauthenticated command execution via crafted backup restore

Command injection in 0xJacky Nginx UI before 2.3.8 allows remote attackers to execute OS commands through the backup restore API. During the first 10 minutes after process startup, POST /api/restore accepts an unauthenticated, attacker-signed archive and overwrites app.ini, whose TestConfigCmd value is later passed verbatim to a platform shell. A fresh installation or restart with no IP whitelist must expose the service; the command runs as the Nginx UI process user, typically root in Docker.
