Authenticated host command execution via bare ampersands
Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026
OS command injection in coolLabs Coolify 4.0.0-beta.471 through 4.0.0-beta.473 allows remote authenticated users to execute host commands. ValidationPatterns.php permits bare ampersands in SHELL_SAFE_COMMAND_PATTERN, and ApplicationDeploymentJob.php interpolates the accepted command into bash -c without neutralizing the separator. Any team Member can reach the affected Docker Compose command fields; execution occurs in coolify-helper, whose mounted Docker socket permits root control of the Linux host.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
