Root command execution via init-script path traversal

Path traversal in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.474 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through PostgreSQL init scripts. The generate_init_scripts() method appends a user-controlled filename to docker-entrypoint-initdb.d without rejecting ../ sequences, so tee writes outside that directory. Any authenticated account, including a low-privileged member, can plant a cron file on the Linux host and execute commands as root.
