Remote IPC invocation via origin confusion

Origin confusion in Tauri 2.0 through 2.11.0 allows remote attackers to invoke local-only IPC commands through a crafted page. The Windows and Android path in is_local_url() extracts only the first DNS label, then treats any matching registered protocol as Origin::Local. Exploitation requires a vulnerable app to load the attacker-controlled page and expose backend commands restricted to local origins.
