SSRF bypass via omitted shared-address filtering

SSRF in Saleor Commerce requests-hardened before 1.2.1 allows remote attackers to access services in RFC 6598 address space. The get_ip_address filter rejects addresses classified as private but omits 100.64.0.0/10, allowing requests to that shared range. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled URLs with IP filtering enabled, and only deployments routing internal services in that range are exposed.
