Unauthenticated code execution via SQLLog escaping bypass

SQL injection in mod_sql in ProFTPD before 1.3.9a allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through crafted FTP input. sql_resolved_append_text trusts quote-delimited attacker-controlled expansion values as pre-escaped and appends them to SQLLog queries without backend escaping. Exploitation requires mod_sql logging with an attacker-controlled expansion; command-capable database backends allow code execution on the database host.
