Stored XSS via unescaped API response data
Published May 8, 2026 · Updated May 8, 2026
Cross-site scripting in Weblate Client before 2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through rendered HTML output. The print_html method places API-derived header keys and values into th and td elements without HTML escaping. The opt-in HTML format must be selected and its output opened in a browser; injected script then runs in that viewer's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
