Service interruption via unrestricted backup uploads

Unrestricted backup upload in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.474 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service by exhausting disk space. The database restore action in app/Http/Controllers/UploadController.php passed chunks to FileReceiver and stored the assembled file without checking its extension or enforcing an application-level size limit. Database-management access and a deployed database are required; repeated oversized uploads can fill server storage and stop Coolify, deployments, or databases.
