Restricted content disclosure via inconsistent listability checks
Published May 9, 2026 · Updated May 9, 2026
Missing authorization in Content Folder Kirby before 4.9.0 and 5.0.0 through 5.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted content. REST API collections, related-model responses, Panel change listings, images, and file navigation omit or apply the wrong isListable permission check. An account with a role denied pages.access, pages.list, files.access, or files.list can read hidden page or file data; write actions remain blocked.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
