Unauthenticated OS command execution via username parameter

OS command injection in four ELECOM wireless LAN routers allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands without authentication. Request processing incorporates the username parameter into an OS command without neutralizing command-control characters. Network access is the only reported gate; affected firmware is 1.1.0 and earlier on WRC-BE65QSD-B and WRC-W702-B, and 1.1.1 and earlier on both WRC-BE72XSD models.
