SSRF via incomplete loopback address matching

SSRF in Axios before 0.31.1 and 1.0.0 through 1.15.0 allows remote attackers to expose loopback traffic via crafted target URLs. The isLoopback check in lib/helpers/shouldBypassProxy.js recognizes only 127.0.0.1 instead of the full 127.0.0.0/8 block. Exploitation requires control of a request URL plus configured HTTP_PROXY or HTTPS_PROXY and NO_PROXY, exposing requests and responses to that proxy.
