Process crash via unbounded toFormData recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in Axios before 0.31.1 and 1.0.0 through 1.15.0 allows remote attackers to crash Node.js request handlers. The toFormData build function recursively visits each nested request-data object without a depth bound, exhausting the V8 call stack and throwing RangeError. Reachability requires server-side code to pass attacker-controlled data or params into Axios; the exception interrupts the request and can terminate a worker or process.
