Header injection via polluted FormData duck typing

HTTP header injection in the Axios Node.js HTTP adapter before 0.31.1 and 1.0.0 through 1.15.0 allows remote attackers to alter requests. Polluted Object.prototype members satisfy FormData duck-type checks, causing lib/adapters/http.js to call an inherited getHeaders function and merge its output. Exploitation requires another prototype-pollution primitive and an Axios request with a data payload; injected headers can alter downstream authentication or session semantics.
