Unauthenticated data disclosure via SQL injection
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
SQL injection in CKAN before 2.10.10 and 2.11.0 through 2.11.4 allows remote attackers to read private DataStore data. The datastore_search_sql query parser permits a crafted nested PostgreSQL function expression to access data outside authorized resources. The endpoint is unauthenticated but disabled by default; exposure requires DataStore SQL search to be enabled, and access includes PostgreSQL system information.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
