Authenticated OS command execution via CGI parameters

Command injection in D-Link DNS and DNR appliances through 20260205 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands. The network_mgr.cgi port-forwarding handlers pass attacker-controlled service, protocol, and port values from the request body into OS command execution without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Access to the web-management session is required; successful injection runs commands with the appliance service's privileges and can expose or alter stored data and interrupt service.
