Command injection in D-Link DNS and DNR appliances through 20260205 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands. The download_mgr.cgi RSS handlers pass attacker-controlled f_field values directly into OS commands without neutralizing shell metacharacters. A valid web session is required; injected commands run with the CGI process privileges and can take control of the appliance.
