Cross-tenant document disclosure via unscoped file lookup
Published May 18, 2026 · Updated May 18, 2026
Authorization bypass in LangGenius Dify before 1.14.2 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-tenant document previews. FilePreviewApi passes a user-supplied file UUID to FileService, which queries UploadFile by id without restricting tenant_id and returns up to 3,000 characters. Console authentication is required on self-hosted instances; free cloud registration makes that gate trivial.
