Unauthenticated Plugin Daemon access via path traversal

Relative path traversal in LangGenius Dify 1.14.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to reach Plugin Daemon internal API endpoints. BasePluginClient._prepare_request joins attacker-controlled filenames or task paths to the daemon URL without rejecting decoded dot segments, escaping the tenant path prefix. The unauthenticated icon route exposes read-only internal responses, while authenticated POST requests can trigger internal calls; demonstrated impact is limited primarily to debug performance data.
