CVE-2026-41937Network attack vector

Administrator code execution via unsafe plugin extraction

Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026

Unrestricted file upload in Vvveb before 1.0.8.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP through a plugin ZIP. The plugin installer extracts archive entries without rejecting PHP files beneath a public path, allowing public/index.php to become web-accessible. A super_admin account must upload the archive, but any subsequent HTTP request to the public plugin path executes its code as the web server user.
