Unauthenticated file enumeration via enabled directory indexes
Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026
Directory listing exposure in givanz Vvveb before 1.0.8.3 allows remote attackers to enumerate server files through public web paths. Several shipped .htaccess files omit or comment out the Apache Options -Indexes directive, so requests to admin, plugin, theme, and media directories return generated indexes. Exploitation requires an Apache deployment that honors these files and discloses names, sizes, timestamps, and unrendered admin templates without authentication.
