Unauthenticated deployment trigger via empty-key HMAC

Improper authentication in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.474 allows remote attackers to trigger deployments through forged webhooks. The GitHub, Bitbucket, and Gitea webhook controllers pass a nullable manual webhook secret to hash_hmac(), which coerces null to a predictable empty key. Applications created without an explicitly configured webhook secret are exposed by default, allowing forged HMAC signatures to enqueue unauthorized deployments.
