Authenticated file disclosure via double-decoded export paths

Path traversal in SiYuan before 3.6.5 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary workspace files through the export endpoint. serveExport redundantly calls url.PathUnescape after Go has already decoded the request path, turning double-encoded dot segments into parent-directory traversal before joining the path. Any authenticated account, including a low-privilege Publish Reader, can retrieve the document database, logs, and user documents accessible within the workspace.
