Database table deletion via unvalidated theme input

Improper input validation in CI4MS 0.31.1.0 through 0.31.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary database tables. The Theme::deleteProcess action passes attacker-controlled tables[] entries to $forge->dropTable() without restricting them to the selected theme's migrations. Backend access with theme.delete permission is required; deleting authentication or content tables can interrupt service and destroy stored data.
