Authenticated root command execution via OCR file paths

OS command injection in R-SOFT DMS branches before 3.19-2862 and before 3.17-2580 allows remote authenticated users to run commands as root. Multiple OCR command-execution functions pass user-controlled file paths without proper sanitization to a system shell through SSH. The standard web upload flow URL-encodes and neutralizes the payload, so exploitation requires authenticated access and another way to trigger OCR for the uploaded file.
