Credential theft via disabled TLS verification

Improper certificate validation in BOSH before 282.1.9 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to steal Director credentials over HTTPS. UsersSync#bosh_api_response_body creates each Net::HTTP client with certificate verification disabled for Director information, deployment, and VM requests. A network position between nats-sync and the Director exposes Basic or UAA secrets and permits tampering with the VM list written to NATS authorization data.
