Security bypass via discarded request modifications

Improper access control in Spring Framework 5.3.0 through 5.3.48 allows remote attackers to bypass WebFlux request filters. The Kotlin Router DSL discards a modified or replaced ServerRequest passed by a filter and sends the original request to the downstream handler. Exploitation requires a WebFlux application whose Kotlin router filter modifies ServerRequest for security-related enforcement; those modifications then have no effect.
