Protected-resource disclosure via shared static-resource cache

Information disclosure in affected Spring Framework releases allows remote attackers to read protected static resources without authentication. The shared resource cache returns a resource resolved by a public handler for a later protected-handler lookup of the same name, without reapplying that handler's access control. Exploitation requires MVC or WebFlux, multiple handlers using different resource locations, an authenticated handler, and a shared cache primed through the public handler.
