CVE-2026-4180Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authentication bypass via exposed token_id

Published Mar 15, 2026 · Updated Mar 15, 2026

Improper access control in D-Link DIR-816 1.10CNB05 allows remote attackers to obtain an authentication token through redirect.asp. The goahead web interface serves redirect.asp without authentication, exposing a valid token_id that the router trusts as a core authentication credential. Network access to the management interface is sufficient to bypass authentication and change critical settings, including the Wi-Fi password.
