Administrative action execution via stored script injection
Published Jun 8, 2026 · Updated Jun 8, 2026
Stored XSS in VCF Operations before 8.18.7 and Telco Cloud Platform 5.x allows remote authenticated users to execute administrative actions. Policy, view, or text-widget content persists attacker-supplied script, but Broadcom has not identified the handler or failed neutralization operation. Creating the content requires authenticated privileges, and another user's rendering executes the script in that user's session with administrative consequences.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=5.x <=8.18.7
