Cross-account todo-list access via missing ownership checks

Improper authorization in Code Genie serverless-express 4.17.0 and 4.17.1 allows remote authenticated users to access other users' todo lists. The Lambda Function URL example omits userId ownership from the TodoList schema and handles GET, PUT, and DELETE requests using only a supplied listId. Exploitation requires a valid account and another user's UUIDv4 listId, after which list contents can be read, changed, or deleted.
