Data destruction via unescaped delete-filter identifiers

Filter-expression injection in Spring AI 1.0.0 through 1.0.6 and 1.1.0 through 1.1.5 allows remote attackers to delete Milvus data. MilvusVectorStore#doDelete(List) inserts document IDs into an in-clause string without escaping, so crafted IDs break out of literals and alter the delete filter. The vulnerable path requires an application to pass attacker-controlled IDs to the Milvus-backed delete operation; the resulting filter can remove unintended vector-store records.
