Authenticated internal request forgery via shared allowlist

Incorrect authorization in ellite Wallos 4.8.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send internal requests via crafted webhooks. savewebhooknotifications.php accepts a user-controlled method, URL, headers, and body, while ssrf_helper.php applies the administrator's global allowlist without checking the user's role or webhook ownership. Normal-user access and an administrator-allowlisted target are required; state changes or code execution occur only when that adjacent service exposes suitable APIs.
