XML markup injection via verbatim DOCTYPE fields

XML injection in xmldom 0.6.0 and earlier and @xmldom/xmldom before 0.8.13 or 0.9.0 through 0.9.9 allows attackers to inject XML markup. XMLSerializer writes DocumentType publicId, systemId, and internalSubset values verbatim, so delimiter characters can end the DOCTYPE early. Reachability requires an application to place attacker-controlled values in those fields programmatically and serialize the node; entity expansion in a downstream parser can add XXE-class impact.
