CVE-2026-4167Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated code execution via unchecked strcpy

Published Mar 15, 2026 · Updated Mar 15, 2026

Stack-based buffer overflow in Belkin F9K1122 1.00.33 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted reboot request. The formReboot handler passes the user-controlled webpage parameter to strcpy without checking its length, overflowing the stack buffer ok_msg. Low-privileged access to the web management interface is required; exploitation can crash the extender or run code in the firmware process.
