Local file disclosure via unrestricted require loader

Local file disclosure in ProjectDiscovery Nuclei 3.0.0 and later but before 3.8.0 allows attackers to read host .js and .json files via templates. The goja require() registry used its default host filesystem loader instead of routing module paths through the disabled allow-local-file-access check. Exploitation requires a CLI user to run an untrusted JavaScript template, or an SDK integration to accept one, and exposes only .js and .json files.
