Environment variable disclosure via response-derived DSL evaluation

Code injection in ProjectDiscovery Nuclei 3.0.0 and later, before 3.8.0 allows remote attackers to expose environment variables via HTTP responses. The expressions.Evaluate function substitutes response-derived placeholders and then rescans the result as DSL helper syntax, causing later requests to evaluate attacker-supplied expressions. Exposure requires a multi-step template that reuses untrusted response data and explicitly enabled -env-vars or -ev; the option is off by default.
